Puppy Angel

It is so hard to choose an image from Mo's Digital Pencil I'm in love with so many of her fabulous images. Her art is full of all kinds of wonderful  characters  some zany, some whimsical,  some sweet but they all  tell a story and that makes them perfect for card making.   Anyway I could not resist this image on my last shopping trip there.  Could there be anything more endearing than an Angel or a puppy?

I colored the image using copics and added a touch of sparkle to the wings. The designer paper is once again K & Company.

The Wait

I don't have a lot of sport stamps but this little Bugaboo image reminded me of my Grandchildren that play soccer. If only they were on the field instead of waiting their turn, how will they score a goal this way!?!  Tee! Hee! Image was colored using copics and cardstock was ink distressed.

Kisses For My Sweet

This adorable couple is one of  Mo Mannings fabulous images from Mo's Digital Pencil,  Kisses for my Sweet. The image was colored with copics and then covered in glass beads using a double sided adhesive sheet. I placed foam board under to give the image sturdy dimension. The vellum butterflies were cut on my new silhouette cameo(Sorry had to brag) and then heat embossed with a little glitter and beads added. Designer paper is K & Company I just love their co-ordinating paper packs. I finished the card off with Celebrate it lace a  tulle bow as well as 6 small pearls.

Deepest Sympathy

This image is a Sandi Hugget freebie from The Outlawz Challenge Blog and was colored using copics.  Sympathy cards are the hardest cards to make, and certainly nobody wants to have to use them.  I wanted to create something  elegant and Sandis' image was  perfect . Of course her image would be easily made into a much more cheerful card as well. Sentiment from Rubber Stampede. The card was cut from a Penny Duncan Nestie shape svg file. I used K & Company designer paper and embellished with a little ribbon and two sizes of pearl stick- ons.

Thinking Of You

I watched a tutorial video by Cosette 93 on You tube and tried to follow along with her. I love this art form but as you can see I need a lot, lot, lot  more practice. I did these a year or more ago and had them just sitting around so I  decided to put them to use. I colored them with copics.

I cut the card so it  leans to one side giving it a quirky look. The  embellishments are just scrap pieces of drywall tape, steampunk gears and Candi newsprint buttons.
