All Year Long!

Such a cute Cheryl Alger image. Don't you just love her smile.  Image was colored using copics and surrounded  with dots of liquid pearl  to enhance and then framed using a spellbinder die. Designer paper  is unknown as it was a single sheet sitting in my stash. I used a martha stewart punch for my border, added a few square gems and a Classic Traditions satin ribbon to finish the card off.
