Nice way to start People




Crafters Digital Art Center is holding  my favorite kind of challenge"Anything Goes"  For this challenge I decided to do a card not only suitable for twins, but also one that  can be used for a group of people to give their best wishes. The front is a double slider but the card opens like a regular card as well, leaving plenty of room to write. The paper pieced pattern is from one of my favorite paper piecing site, MyScrapChick (Mama and baby elephant). These elephants can be used separate, alone or all together.

 
Before gluing all the pieces together I used colorbox chalk inks to add depth the edges. Rather than using designer paper I decided to dry emboss the cardstock then added a touch of ribbons for the pull tags.

    I just love this one. I saw it in the pending cdac photo file...I am so glad you entered it in our challenge. I think it is just adorable. Thank you so much for playing the cdac challenges. Can't wait to see what you will come up with for the other challenges going on. Remember you can enter as many times as you like till March 31st. Happy crafting.
