I wish snow was as much fun as it looks here, Unfortunately living in Canada means I get to experience it first hand and I am not a big fan!! I used this image from Stamp Fairy, Barry Winter. The cut mittens just look like something that goes with snowballs, I actually made them with my old colluzle. It's not something that gets used much anymore. I used Reflections glitter paper and k-i memories designer paper. Although I didn't have to do too much coloring I used copics, and with a glitter pen I added a touch of sparkle to both the snow and snowballs. The inside digi was a freebie a while back from Stamp Fairy and the sentiment is from the Say It With Spirit acrylic stamp set from Michaels.

Your the Best
This cutie is from Mo's Digital Pencil, I only have a few of mo's images, but they are some of my favorites. Designer paper is from K & Company. Hearts & frame done on my cricut. Inside was finished to match the front. I think this image is great to say thanks to an animal lover friend.
Do you ever say to yourself " WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT !!" Thats what I said after I saw how one of Mo's design team, Pat, had used hearts much like mine on her card. Of course her card is amazing.

Happy Birdie!
I used Sassy Cheryls, Little Birdie Birthday Stamp to make this Birthday card. The majority of the card is the image itself, and because there is so much going on in the stamp I did not want to detract from that. The coloring was done using copics. Pear Tea pouch
I made this little Gift pouch using the pear digi stamp from A Day for Daisies. It was a freebie that was part of one of their fabulous new releases. I colored the pear with copics. The designer paper is from K & Company. There is dimensionals added to the bottom of the image square only.To open and close the pouch the top flap tucks under the stamped image. On the inside there is a thank you note, on the reverse
of the note is a tea bag, after you remove the bag it can be
used as a bookmark as well.

Lets Talk
This fabulous digi stamp is from Sassy Studio Design, she was colored with copics with the exception of the skirt and the laptop. I used mostly black and ivory but added a touch of pink and green to brighten it up a little. The stripe & Polka dot cardstock are from a Reflections paper pack bought at Michaels. I added liquid glass to both the phone and the laptop. My embellishments are just a simple bow , mini tag sentiment, a flourish and 3 little roses. Challenges

For my first contribution to the CDAC Progressive Challenge 3, I choose this beautiful image from Just Inklined. This image makes me think of the beginning of fall, I guess because of the sunflower and the way the leaf is starting to go brown. I colored the image with copics, pieced together a quilt type background(a great way to use up little scraps of designer paper). I used black as my contrast color to help make the image pop. Distressed ink was used on the edges of the designer papers. I used ribbon around the center and added 6 pearls.
I made this card for a silver anniversary. The image Kisses For My Sweet is from Mo's digital Pencil. Because the Gentleman is in a tux I thought it only fitting that the womans was dressed for the occasion as well, so I gave her dress a little silver glam . I embossed the red cardstock with my cuttlebug and then I heat embossed silver on the raised hearts. I added a strip of silver paper backing it in black to make it pop. I cut and used white foam board from Michaels instead of dimentionals because the image is large and I didn't want it to warp if there is any presure on it.Friday, 16 September 2011
Most often we make cards for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas etc. In the Whimsical Wednesday Challenge this week we were to make a card"Just Because"and I thought"What a fantastic idea!!" I made my card with the very sweet bugaboo stamp Big Bow Sitter, colored with copics. The top & bottom layers of designer paper is from the Que Serra Serra collection K&Company. I added a black layer behind the heart and then added the Bow Sitter with black layer behind it as well. Dimensionals were added behind the heart along with a ribbon and bow. Bye
I used the "gonna miss you" stamp and the suitcase stamp from Tiddly Inks, colored them with copics and used distressing ink around the edges . I added corrogated board as well as drywall tape and large brads to each side of the bookmark.
The ribbon is used to attach both sides together so they can drape over the pages. This type of bookmark makes it very hard to loose your place and I really hate loosing my place!

Naughty
Although this card is not your typical Christmas card, I think it would make the proper recipient merry. It's a little more naughty than nice. The sexy digi is from Sassy Studio and was colored with copics. Black cardstock is dry embossed white core Close to my Heart paper. Pink is Recollections glitter cardstock. This box is made from the 5 in 1 template from Stampin Up. I stamped the bottom of the box with large stamp from All Night Media, the stamp used on the top sides is from Close to My Heart. The cute little bear"Hanging Out To Dry" is a digi stamp from Sassy Cheryl. I used flower gems to make the grass look like stems. On the sides I added flower ribbon border as well as a few pearls and i-rock studs.
Sweet little Deacan on a candycane from Bugaboo Stamps. Bulb shaped card made with Cricut cartridge"Joys of the Season" Cardstock is Recollections Glitter. "Happy Holidays" is a plastic embellishment from the dollar store I bought a few years back. It's one of those things you buy and then you wonder why you did once you get it home. It worked out well for this card. The pointsettias are cut from an Penny Duncan cutting file.

I actually made this card for the Tiddly Inks challenge as well, then I realized one of the DT had posted a card using the same cutting file from My Scrapchick.com. OOPS! Sometimes I am not very observant. Rene did a wonderful job of hers, and I was inspired to make another one, so its all good. 
I love fall colors and fall themes. This gave me the perfect opportunity to use this card cutting file from Myscrapchick.com. as well as this cute little squirrel digi from Tiddly Inks . I think they both fit the theme "Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall"Wednesday, 7 September 2011
This is one sof a number of beautifusssssl Masquerade digi stamps that was so graciously provided by Sassy Studio Designs on their latest blog hop. On every stop you received another image. The cut files for the frame and the nesties are from Penny Duncan . I used copics for the coloring, distressed the edges. added glitter swirls and a couple of bows. Next time I will use a glitter pen instead of a glue pen and glitter, I was very unhappy with the results of the swirls.Wishing you

My old school colors were blue & white. The beautiful school girl was colored with copics. This card is simply white layered on white cardstock. I used a Martha Stewart eyelet punched border as a mask and dabbed water based dye ink on edges. Tied a ribbon around one layer and added two brad embellishments. That's it. Can't get any easier.
I love Stella, she is so-o-o Menopausal. (Some of us can relate) I think she looks pretty good with red hair, it kind of matches her temperment. I colored her with copics and just used the Polka dot designer paper from Michaels. simple ribbon, faux stitching & brad embellishments.A+

I bought this stamp "Kisses For my Sweet" a while back. It makes a wonderful anniversary card. I used the sketch from Mo's digital challenge, Abbrianna DP and colored the stamp with copics. I wanted to make the dress look like velvet, however it didn't turn out the way I thought it should,. You win some , you loose some.
