Don't Forget Us

This image provided by Nana Vic for the  CDAC Progressive Challenge #16. I thought it would make a good card for a neighbor that was moving away. I used Zig Photo Twin Pens to lightly color the flowers. K & Company designer paper was used both inside & out. The embelishments are simply scrap pieces of cardboard, metal mesh and pink tulle. The little bird was cut on my cricut and the tags were made using an old coluzzle template.
I distressed all the edges using Ranger distress ink  and the inside sentiment is from Close To My Heart.

  2. What a thoughtful card to make for your neighbor that is moving away and your inside sentiment is just perfect. The colouring in of the digital 'Bird Cage Roses' is so soft and pretty on the roses and I like how your little bird enhances the digital. Beautiful combination of papers and your elements of your scrap pieces of cardboard, metal mesh and pink tulle are work well together. Thank you for joining in round 16 and sharing your inspirational card with us. *Hugs*
