Wish Big

 Everytime I see this adorable little character she just breaks me up. I tried to resist the impulse to buy her (I already have more than enough little girl images that I love) but as you can see I couldn't. She was purchased from Mo's digital Pencil where I can spend hours just browsing through all the awesome digis.



Image was colored using copics. The designer paper used on the center step card is from the K & Company Circus Valentine paper pack. The frames, bows and pinwheels were all cut on my Silhouette Cameo using die cuts from their store.

 
Inner sentiment  from Stampin Up.

I used thin strips of acetate to adhere the pinwheels and banner to the card I wanted to add a little more dimension and depth. I used strong acetate cut from a store bought package so the strips do not droop.
